Founder and Director Asante Masanche accepted into Mandela Washington Fellowship
Each year, the United States accepts 700 fellows from Sub Saharan Africa into Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders Initiative. With over 700 applicants in Malawi alone, director and founder Asante Masanche was accepted!
The purpose of the fellowship is for African leaders to hone in on their leadership and community development skills by spending time at a U.S. based university level leadership institute and attending the Mandela Washington Fellowship Summit in Washington D.C. Due to Covid-19, fellows will not be traveling to the US until 2021. In the meantime Asante will work hard to continue the foundational work that he has developed for Brother’s Keeper Initiative.
